Sausage Balls

Another test post, as well as testing the labels. Also a recipe Matt loves (hint hint).

Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
1 lb. package of Breakfast Sausage
2/3 cu. baking mix
2 cu. shredded cheddar cheese
onion and garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions:
Mix ingredients well, then form into 1 inch balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove and enjoy :)
